  "Receptive tours made our trip to Washington D.C. a breeze! We had 38 senior adults on motorcoach arriving in from Chicago. When we arrived at our hotel representatives from Receptive were in the lobby waiting to greet our group with goodie bags and a smile! They made sure our rooms were ready and all of our dining reservations were set and up to par. I normally plan 3-7 day trips completely on my own; from hotels to meals to activities.   "The trip was amazing! Hotel was great as well! It was very close to most places. Our tour guide Gary was great!!! I can't say enough good things about him. The Broadway Workshop was so great and the students really loved it! It was certainly a highlight. We really loved everything and the kids got to go to the Harry Potter store and it was a great surprise! They loved the Statue of Liberty, 9/11 Memorial, and they loved to shop! The only negative thing was all the walking, but that is just city life in New York. Thank you sooo much for planning this awesome trip."

  Our company is grateful beyond words on the decision of Receptive Tours to refund our down payment for the upcoming medical congress in Philadelphia, the event is postponed due to the pandemic. Supposed to be the airline deposit will be converted into travel voucher only as this is the common policy of some airline but I am delighted when I received the email yesterday that aside from the land arrangement deposit, the airline deposit will also be included on the refund. And we received it immediately. I admire the determination and perseverance of Receptive Tours to provide a spontaneous good costumer service even in the midst of health crisis. Once everything is back to normal and we have a new requirement for medical congress in USA, Receptive Tours will be considered again.

  As a travel agency owner, we had a group of approximately 40 children and adults scheduled for a trip and tours in Washington DC. During the planning process the Receptive Tours team was amazing and made the planning process seamless and efficient. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19, we were forced to have to cancel the trip. Prior to making the final decision, we worked with Receptive Tours closely to monitor the situation. Once it was determined that we had to cancel, Receptive Tours worked with suppliers and advocated to ensure our group received a 100% full refund. The tenacity and determination in providing a high level of service is unmatched. We have already decided that we will be using Receptive Tours to rebook the group for 2021 and will be planning some additional new groups as well. Highly recommend! Outstanding service!

  The Westwood High School band, choir, and orchestra programs traveled with Cormack Tours to Orlando with 200+ students & staff. Once we arrived in Orlando/Tampa, we experienced the quality of the Receptive Tours ground management team. The Receptive Tours team was on the ground to meet us at both airports, and assisted us through the entire hotel check-in process. It was absolutely seamless, from getting magic bands to having our luggage delivered to our rooms at the property. They were on-site and always available for questions or problem solving.   Receptive Tours made sure everything went smoothly with our group from Denmark, visiting NYC, DC and Amish country in September 2019.
